About the Company
McKlein Company, LLC is a manufacturer and supplier, offering travel products, such as carry-on luggage, business products that consist of briefcases, computer bags, laptop sleeves, and rolling totes for the business traveler, casual products, including backpacks, messenger bags, and duffel bags, as well as handbags and satchels. Through its subsidiaries, McKlein Company engages in the design, marketing, and sale of its products primarily under the McKleinUSA, Siamod, and Parinda names worldwide. It sells its products through wholesale channels, department stores, specialty luggage stores, mass merchants, and discounters, internet retailers, and retail channels. As of December 31, 2010, the company has operations in Asia, and North America. McKlein Company, LLC was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Family Owned Factory
Our family owned factory is one of the world’s leading facilities in luggage and leather goods, and currently operates in Asia. While the company’s global headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois, our factory has been operating in Thailand for over 35 years. It is one of the world’s largest facilities in the industry, and operated by highly skilled craftsmen. The manufacturing process is modernized and performed using sophisticated technology to enhance our capabilities and craftsmanship. McKlein Company is an ever-expanding domestic and international partner providing the highest quality products.
As of July 1st, 2017 U.S. travel goods imports from Thailand are duty-free according to the GSP rule of origin

McKlein Company is certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The WBENC is the nation’s largest third-party certifier of the businesses owned and operated by women in the U.S. The advocate for women owned businesses to become suppliers of America’s corporations. A WBENC certification validates that we are a credible, women owned business and can therefore provide to companies committed to diversifying suppliers.
We are proud of our owner Parinda Saetia and her story. She grew up in a family of case makers, learning how to craft the best possible products. In 1997, her final year of college, she decided to continue the family tradition and challenge herself founding McKlein Company. Her brother, Chettha Saetia helped manage the business during Parinda’s final year of college. Today Mcklein Company has three brands: MckleinUSA, Siamod and Parinda.
