Pricing: Which of our products/services are of good value? What products or services should our company drop and/or add?
Location: Is the location of our business a positive or negative factor for you?
Timing: How responsive are we to your needs? Have you encountered support, delivery, or follow-up delays?
Marketing materials: Do our marketing materials appropriately explain what our company does? Do they encourage you to make a purchase? Why or why not?
Need: Are there any special times of year when you anticipate needing my products/services more than others?
Communication: How often do you hear from us, and how? Are there certain things you would like to hear more about?
What can we do to increase the amount of business you do with us? What other needs do you have that my company could provide for you?
